Rubber Ducky, you're the one...

So Cincinnati is weird and has this thing called the Rubber Duck Regatta. Basically, they get people to buy little rubber ducks for like $5 or something and then on the day after labor day, they dump them into the ohio river from a bridge called the purple people bridge (yes, that is its name. its purple and its a pedestrian bridge). Then they set a trap a little farther down the river. The owner of the first duckie into the trap gets a car, the next four get $1000. All the rest of the money goes to the local foodbanks. So anyway - before all of that happens, they auction off "celebrity ducks". They are bigger ducks that are signed by celebrities and then auctioned off. So this year they asked the sva (art club at xavier) to decorate them.My first ducky (there are 60 total) is signed my Giada de Laurentius. Yup. That's right. I get to make a rubber duck look like Giada. hahaha.
