Parents Suck
So my parents suck. My mom took my car shopping yesterday and I found this really cute car and it was soo cheap. It was only $4,000. My mom was being such a bitch and said we couldn't get it. She said that she wanted to talk to lady who previously owned the car or there is no deal. Ugh I fucking wanted it so fucking bad. I've spent hours looking on every used car site there is and I cannot find another car for less than $5,500 that looks decent. And most of them are fucking ugly too.
My other problem. Every morning I wake up drenched in sweat. My parent's won't turn the air conditioner lower than 79 degrees. What the fuck it is fucking summer you stupid fucking idiots. If you want to be sitting in 80 degree weather go the fuck outside. Sorry for all the bad words, but I am so uncomfortable in my own house and it sucks. Just because they had to grow up with no air conditioning because it wasn't invented back then doesn't mean they have to try to ruin my life with their stupid 79 degree air conditioning. I turned it down and they got so pissed they were like "Do you want to pay for the air conditioning bill?" Stupid cheapos.
And in the car my mom is the same way. Because I don't have a car I have to drive with her a lot and she won't turn on the air. Now she ruined my chance of getting a cute car where I can blast the radio and air conditioning so for once I'm not dying because of the heat.

My parents are the same way with the air conditioning. Which is really weird cause my dad usually likes it at 40. :P I think my room just doesn't get air conditioning. It's always sweltering.
hovis, $5500 is a LOT of money to spend on a used car. im SURE you can find a previously owned car for less than that. look at ford escorts from 98-2001. they are really nice, have good gas mileage, and are cute. don't worry, i am sure you will find something.
Check out eBay Motors. I've seen Escorts and Tauruses from '95 to '02 with starting bids as low as $100 and buy-it-now prices around $4-5K. Hell, you can find Saabs and BMWs on there for less than your "$5500 cute car".
But, hey, you keep raging against that machine.
why don't you just talk to the previous owner? it'd probably be a good thing. also, get a fan.
Hmm I think you guys got confused. My cute car was only $3,995. I can't find any other used cars that are less than $5,500. Anyway the search goes on.
Oh and the talking to the previous owner thing. The dealership said because of some privacy thing they would have to get permission from the previous owner to give out her number for us to contact her.
And I turn on all the fans and my mom keeps turning them off. She's stupid. I sleep on the first floor and she sleeps on the second. I don't know why she always turns it off because it doesn't affect her at all but she always does. It's so annoying.
And I reiterate, you keep raging against that machine, kid.
be thankful you don't sleep on the third floor hovis. it gets damn hot up here, the first floor is the coolest floor in most houses.
if a "really cute" car is only 3995, then there might be a problem with it. talking to the previous owner is a good idea on it. if a deal sounds too good to be true, it is.
