it's pretty funny. especially because we like llamas...and ducks. a little warning though, it is quite addictive.
so what have you all been up to? getting off of school and stuff sounds like. I still have another three or four weeks of school. Though I am excited because i got a new pet! she's a rat and her name is Justin (like from "Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH"). Justine if you want to be politically correct. I was going to post her picture, but my camera is going berserk. Also, some more exciting news: I get to meet one of my new favorite authors, MT Anderson, on Friday! I'm going to eat lunch with him! yay! If you all have time, you should definiely read this book, "Feed". it is fucking amazing.
Oh, and we had Flunk Day, here at Knox. I would also have posted pictures of that, but my friend has yet to give me a disc with them. Basically, no one knows when Flunk Day is, but whenever it is, all classes are automatically cancelled. what happens on Flunk Day is that the faculty comes and wakes up all the seniors at about 3 in the morning. They then take them out to a cornfield with a bunch of kegs and gets them all beligerently drunk. They then bring them back, and all the seniors stumble through our suites, banging on our doors, shouting, "It's Flunk Day, bitches! Get the fuck up!" This is at about 5 now. So then, you get up and run outside and jump right into the mud pit. That's right, the mud pit. You get thrown in or dragged in or you just jump in and the mud wrestling and such begins. Everyone else on campus is either also beligerently drunk by now or getting there. Then you go to the foam pit. yeah, the foam pit. it was the best part. It was a big inflatable castle thing that had a foam maker in the back. There was awesome music playing so you could dance in the foam. Then you would go stand right under the foam machine, and the bubbles and stuff would just pour over you. So you would be covered in this huge mound so that you couldn't even see. you would just be buried in the bubbles. it was awesome. and this was all by 7 am. later they had a huge playground of inflatable stuff (an inflatable slip'n slide, slide, obstacle course, etc.) they also had karaoke and a mechanical bull. it was all sooooo amazing. i have no idea when it will be next year, but amanda wants me to call her as soon as i find out when it is (4 in the morning?) so that she can come. Anybody else want to be called?
