so guess what! i just saw Switchfoot, here at school, at a free concert!! it was AMAZING!! they were so so so great! they sound just as good live as they do in their recorded songs, maybe even better. and they improvised stuff, which was awesome. and afterwards, as they played their last song, all these fireworks went off and they were so gorgeous! and there were SO MANY! all these people around me were like, "well there goes all of my tuition" or "so that's the reason for the rising tuition..." i think they just set off the fireworks to give Switchfood time to leave without being stormed by a herd of students. you know, bright lights and loud sounds will keep our attention....and the singer was standing by the audience and reached down and these girls almost pulled him off the stage! and he was trying to back off to go back upstage, and this one girl would not let go of his hand. it was so funny! he was trying to casually pull away and she hung on like her life depended on it!
well that's about it. oh yea, and i got wasted last night and dropped my phone in a toilet and it's busted. anyone have any suggestions for fixing it without going to the store? so far i've heard
-put it in the freezer
-put it in a bowl of rice
any others?

yeah nick is right. you have to let it dry for a really long time. if there is even a bit of water in there it will short circut and die. just let it sit, open it up if possible so it will dry better, and don't turn it back on for a while. if it was off when you got it wet it *should* be ok if it is fully dry.

i would go with pip's suggestion. i had a problem like this once and then i did pip, and like has been peachy keen since then :)
