Just saying... U Lounge is fucking expensive (something like $15/bowl). That and I'm pretty sure it's 21+ on weekends (note: I'm not 100% on that, just going on hearsay).
I don't know how many there are in the loop but I know the place me Allyson Mike and Rachel went wasnt too expensive. It was like 3 dollars each and we went on the weekend and got in.
Well, when I posted that, U was the only hookah bar in the Loop I knew of. After checking out the Loop's website, it seems that there's also Fabio's, but I have no idea if that's the place you're talking about.
